Christmas lunch can go one of a couple different ways.
You can either make it the big, centerpiece meal—a feast, with a main dish, plenty of sides, and some big desserts—then go small (or pick at leftovers) for dinner. Or you can make dinner the big feast, and provide a lunch that's more of a tide-me-over.
However you decide to do it, we're here to help, with lots of ideas. Want to go big? Consider a clementine-glazed pork tenderloin, sausage-stuffed mushrooms, and a big green salad. Dialing it back? How about a grazing lunch: Set out a cheese board with savory sausage balls, or some pimento dip and quick-pickled veggies.
Whichever way you choose to go, we think these recipe ideas will fill the bill.

You can tell we love a salad for Christmas lunch and this one filled the bill perfectly. The savory pumpkin, slightly bitter radicchio, and thin slices of raw beet all get toss in a slightly sweet tahini dressing. Yum!
This uber rich fondue will easily hold you over until the big nighttime meal. We love to serve it with pretzel bites and sliced salami but you can opt for crudite if you want a (slightly) healthier version. Get the recipe for Caramelized Onion, Bacon, and Gruyère Fondue.
